Privacy notice
A plain-language explanation of what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 2026-10-26.
Who we are
Aethr Academy is a free virtual campus for aspiring virtual assistants. You can contact us at aerosvillacruel098@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
Your name, progress, XP, streak, and certificates are saved in your own browser so the campus can remember you. We do not receive them unless you choose to send us something through a form. If you clear your browser data, they are removed.
What we collect when you use a form
- Email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use it only to send free tips and updates you asked for.
- Payment proof (Upskill access): your name, your email address, the niche you want, an optional payment reference, and the screenshot, photo, or PDF you upload. We use it to confirm your payment and send your access code.
- Email you send us: whatever you write, so we can reply.
Please keep it minimal
When you upload proof of payment, a screenshot that shows the amount, date, and reference is enough. Please do not include account numbers or other personal details that are not needed.
Who can see it
Only the people who run Aethr Academy. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored with our website host, Netlify, in our private account area. Your payment itself is handled by your bank or e-wallet and the InstaPay network, not by us. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep payment proofs only as long as we need them to confirm your payment and help you, then delete them. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing aerosvillacruel098@gmail.com.
Security
We limit access to the information you send us and use a reputable hosting provider. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.
Our approach
We aim to handle personal information transparently, for clear and legitimate purposes, and only as much as is needed, in line with the principles of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
